History
Built around 1700, this traditional provencal style house was completely restored in 1998/99. The property is in a secluded location, away from the main road, without being completely isolated.
Outside
Set in 15 hectares, together with another building of the same vintage, the house nestles in a calm and lush valley. Surrounded by gardens of 2 hectares, including a meadow and an orchard, separated by a large 500m² pool.
During the hot summer season you can dip in the pool or sunbathe beside it. The pool is set in a large tiled terrace having a pergola, summer kitchen and a barbecue.
Inside
The property has two floors and two cellars in the basement.
Downstairs there is a kitchen - and south facing dining room and living room. With sun from dawn to dusk the rooms benefit nonetheless from a refreshing coolness.
Upstairs there are 4bedrooms, for from 2-4 persons. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and a shower room on the first floor.
