Chamonix, this unparalleled alpine skiing region, offers a particularly varied choice of downhill descents. But in this high mountain landscape it is specially important to know the terrain (for the sake of security) and, to understand the conditions so as to benefit from the best snow at the best time on the best slopes - and that is one of my roles!
