How to Reserve
We have tried to make the reservation process as
simple, and uncomplicated as possible. Initially we require an initial downpayment
of 30% - this ensures that your chosen dates are not allocated to someone else.
6 weeks before the start of your reservation we will
contact you requesting the balance, together with a separate deposit payment
of £250 (380 euros) - this will be returned to you shortly after the end
of your stay.
Payment
We can accept payment in pounds Stirling, euros or Swiss francs - by check
drawn on a bank in the UK, France, or Switzerland, by eurocheque or by
bankers draft or by transfer direct to our account. Unfortunately
we do not currently accept payment by credit card.

in a table on our prices page.
Procedure
The following guide explains step-by-step the
procedure for making a reservation - if you have any questions then please contact us by
e-mail (or by phone / fax at the numbers given on the foot of this page).
Step 1
Check the calendar on the availability
page to determine ensure that the period you wish to book is still available.
The calendar is updated daily to reflect new
bookings and price changes etc
Step 2
Fill in the reservation request form (below) making
sure that give us an e-mail address, contact phone number and postal address. Also
indicate which of the special options you would like to include in your booking : linen,
TV, video, hamper service...
Step 3
Once we have received your reservation request we
will confirm the availability and price to you via e-mail (usually within 2 days).
We will also indicate the initial payment required (30% of the total) to
confirm your reservation.
Step 4
Upon receipt of the initial payment we will send you via postal mail (or by fax) a
preliminary confirmation of your reservation. This will show the dates you have
chosen, any special options which you may have selected, the initial amount that you
have paid and the balance outstanding (to be paid 6 weeks before you arrive).
This ensures that the period chosen will not be allocated
Step 5
Approximately 8 weeks prior to your arrival we will e-mail you a reminder
re-confirming your details and requesting payment of the outstanding amount,
together with a separate cheque for £250 (380 euros).
Step 6
Once we have received your final payment we will mail or fax you a final confirmation of
your booking.
Step 7
Prior to your arrival we will send you (via postal mail) an information kit
containing instructions on how to get to the apartment, together with other practical
information such as piste maps, prices etc.
